Full-Time Lawn Care Spray Technician (Moore, OK)

Irish Green Lawn Care is a locally owned & operated weed control and fertilization company (we do not do mowing or landscaping) in Moore, OK. We have been in business for over 20 years because we care about our customers and our employees. Lawn spray technicians wanted immediately. 

Licensed to apply herbicides/pesticides through the OK Agriculture Dept. is preferred, but not required for this position. We will train and license the right applicant! 

We treat lawns throughout the year, so this is a year-round permanent position with NO seasonal lay-offs.

• Starting base pay $16 without spray tech experience/$17 with experience  

• GUARANTEED minimum 40 hrs pay per week-even if YOU DON’T WORK due to rain/wind/ice/etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

• 18 years or older (*for required insurance and state licensing) 

• Dependable-can come to work every day and on-time. We understand that sometimes life happens and emergencies come up, but non-emergency no call/no shows are not tolerated, as our team depends on each other. 

• Decent driving record (a few tickets okay, but NO DUIS within the past 5 years) 

• Current valid driver’s license 

• Able to lift 50 lbs. 

• Has some experience working outside (in heat & cold weather) 

• MUST be able to work some Saturdays when needed. This is non-negotiable. 

• Likes working with people, but also able to self-motivate & work alone as well 

Average work day hours are Mon-Fri, about 7 am to 3 pm but may vary throughout the year (in the summertime we try to get out a little earlier in the morning to beat the heat, and vice versa for the winter). We do require that you are able to work Saturdays when needed.
